Starts Controllable Hover Pack v1 through the shared loader, retaining API 1 and existing module identities. The hover mod was confirmed working in-game with this loader. Optional Vehicle Stability discovery remains available.

Install Bingus-Shared-Loader-v11.zip with Arsenal or HD2MM. Close the game before deployment.

Replace the prior loader package; use one loader copy. With default Arsenal priority, put the loader last. Startup checks cover 4,096 optional-module combinations.
