Adds permission nodes

// prevents all damage from swimming in lava (globally configurable)

• bending.ability.fireproof.lava

// prevents all damage from standing on hot floors (globally configurable)

• bending.ability.fireproof.magma

// original permission, prevents all fire and fire tick damage (not globally configurable)

• bending.ability.fireproof

Players will now have all these permissions by default when you install the addon. If you do not want anyone to have lava or magma resistance, keep them disabled through the config. For more granular control, you may enable them in the config and use permissions to allow or deny more specific players/groups access.
