Updates in this release:
New command GETPR which loads and runs a program.
New commands STOST and RCLST which save and recall stack registers X,Y,Z,T, and L.
DOW, DATE+, DDAYS improved functionality and error checking.
Fixed case where a running program incorrectly stopped for some errors and flag 25 was set.
Implemented inital functionality for Flag 24, OUT OF RANGE error ignore.
Modified CAT command to default to CAT 3 when nonexistent catalog is requested.
Improved detection of line numbers vs. numbers when loading a program.
