This prerelease accompanies the upstream mobile/Relay pull request.

The app supports Direct HTTPS access and end-to-end encrypted Relay pairing.
Relay endpoints are selected by the desktop and embedded in one-time pairing
QR codes; the APK does not hard-code a Relay operator.

Validation

• 192 frontend test files / 2,348 tests passed
• ESLint completed with no errors
• Next.js production build passed
• Relay service: 9 tests passed
• Relay Bridge: 10 tests passed
• Desktop Relay URL validation test passed

iOS

No IPA or TestFlight package is provided because an Apple Developer
distribution certificate and provisioning profile are not currently
available. The iOS simulator project remains covered by compile-smoke CI.
