Added

  • Providers.UsageReporting - ICanReportAIUsage, AnthropicUsageReporting/OpenAIUsageReporting (Anthropic/OpenAI organization usage and cost report readers), the IAIUsageReporting/AIUsageReporting orchestrator, and a live AIProviderUsageReport query for a configured provider's trailing-30-day vendor-reported token usage and cost.
  • Providers.UsageReporting.SettingCredential - SetAIProviderUsageCredential/ClearAIProviderUsageCredential for the separate Admin API key a vendor's usage report is read through.
  • ConfiguredAIProvider.UsageApiKey.

See decision 0014 for what this slice deliberately does not port (the pool-selection usage-snapshot/level-refresh layer, which stays product-local until a pool-selection migration slice needs it).
