Fixed

  • The Decision Engine no longer restart-loops when many decisions arrive at once. Its liveness and readiness probes queued behind waiting decisions, missed their deadline, and got a busy engine killed as if it had died - so every caller fell back to its default for as long as the backlog lasted. The probes and /metrics now answer immediately however many decisions are waiting.
