  • Package unmodified Laya at commit 4066d5d5 with a CPU-only Decision API v1 adapter and pinned multilingual checkpoint.
  • Preserve built-in v1 single/batch contract, add independent multi-label /v1/labels and typed ClassifyLabels() for callers.
  • Test the packaged image in release CI and publish the Laya candidate image tag.

Verified

  • Image build and five adapter tests passed; five C# classification specs passed; AI and Infrastructure builds passed.
  • 10-issue workload against the packaged image: 30 sequential in 4.12s, batch in 3.97s, label requests in 6.96s.

Rollout caution

Local memory was very near the 2 GiB limit and an earlier trial restarted once; verify x86-node OOM/restarts and label quality before switching production. The Infrastructure change will be deployed separately after the image is published.
