• A rule that .cratis/ holds configuration and the shared AI corpus only: Screenplay models, source, generated code, specifications and documentation are never produced there.

Changed

• Agents, skills, prompts and harness copies no longer treat .cratis/screenplay/ as the model root. A Screenplay model lives where the project's .play files already are, else under Source/ or src/, else in a Screenplay/ folder at the repository root. A model already in .cratis/screenplay/ keeps working.
• Screenplay model guidance describes the MCP default for chats with no project: Documents/Screenplay in the user's home folder.
