• In a repository with several packages and no root package, a change outside every package now stops the quality gate with an explicit "unverified" result instead of passing (#487)

Fixed

• The quality gate checks the repository's own projects instead of the AI corpus packages that cratis ai install placed in it, runs a gate in every package a change touches, and never reports success when a package it should have checked was skipped (#487)
