Added

  • IAIChatClients.For(purpose) hands out an IChatClient for an agent that goes through the same provider-pool dispatch, least-burnt member selection, per-provider concurrency limit, rate-limit cooldown and usage recording as ILanguageModel. It supports multi-turn, streaming and tool calls (wrap it with UseFunctionInvocation()). (#439)
  • IProviderChatClientFactory opens the vendor chat client for a configured provider, so the vendor SDK stays behind one seam.

Changed

  • Rate-limit recording moved into the shared ProviderRateLimitRecorder, used by both completions and chat clients.
