• The Arc command rules and skills now say a command Handle() never returns a nullable event or null to mean "nothing to do". Missing state or a failed rule rejects the command with Result<TEvent, ValidationResult> and ValidationResult.Error(...), a validator, or Provide(). The ARC0006 guidance says to handle a missing read model by rejecting. Optional command operations are unaffected. (#518)
