Fixed
Kubernetes workers configured for the batch node pool now prefer nodes already hosting ephemeral runners or managed AI workers across namespaces, rather than spreading them. Other node pools retain their existing placement behavior.
Kubernetes worker pods now carry cluster-autoscaler.kubernetes.io/safe-to-evict: "false" to protect running work from Cluster Autoscaler scale-down independently of PodDisruptionBudgets. Explicit deletion and node failures remain possible.
