• The corpus verification fails when a rule, prompt or agent names a skill that has no directory in .cratis/ai/skills

Fixed

• Rules, prompts and agents no longer send the agent to skills that do not exist. The write-specs* references now point at the cratis-* specification skills, and the same stale references to the former add-*, event-modeling, query-paging and similar skill names now point at their cratis-* replacements (#394)
• The slice and feature prompts no longer invoke the removed new-vertical-slice and scaffold-feature skills; they follow the application profile rules instead
