Fixed

• The Stage rendering, render and gap-fill, UI composition, read-surface and authoring-workflow guidance no longer tell agents that a guarded Close action and a double-click interaction are refused by design. Stage has run both since 4.65; on public CLI 3.53.1 with cratis/stage:4.73.1 the live browser run offers Close only while the item is open, posts CloseWorkItem, hides Close afterwards, and navigates or notifies on a double click depending on the row (Cratis/Screenplay#671). STAGE-SCENE-ACTION-001 and STAGE-SCENE-INTERACTION-001 stay documented as the refusal for a guard Stage cannot evaluate. A verification spec now fails if the guidance says otherwise. (part of #536)
