Fixed

  • The Claude Code tool server no longer breaks a running server on the same port when a server that never started is disposed, and a failed start now retries on a new port instead of failing with a disposed listener; this removes an intermittent failure where a tool call was lost and the turn silently fell back to another pool member (#638)
