Worktrees and branches left behind after a PR ships now get cleaned up by a script instead of by memory.

Added

  • cratis-cleanup-worktrees.sh removes linked worktrees and local branches only when their work is verifiably on the default branch (merged, merged with upstream gone, or a merged PR at the same commit). It never forces and reports what it kept and why.
  • Claude Code and Pi run it after delivering commands such as gh pr merge and at session start, so orphans from earlier sessions are collected.

Changed

  • ship-changes ends with a mandatory cleanup step, which is the trigger for harnesses without hooks.
  • The worktree rule points to the script instead of manual removal.
