Fixed

• The worktree cleanup hook no longer deletes a merged worktree that holds work records: a worktree with a non-empty .ai-work/ is kept and reported as "has untracked work records (.ai-work/)". Removing it takes an explicit --include-work-records run by hand; the automatic hooks never pass it. Locked worktrees (git worktree lock <path>) are always kept and reported as locked, and the docs name locking as the way to pin a long-lived worktree. (#670)
