• Claude Code and Pi now guard gh pr create and gh pr edit for target Cratis repositories with release-note or release-intent workflow callers, including targets selected by PR URLs, --repo, or GH_REPO, and current-branch edits without a PR selector. Use a prewritten --body-file when submitting a description and exactly one major/minor/patch/no-release label; Dependabot's generated descriptions remain exempt. (#470)
• cratis-check-pr.mjs offers the same checks directly and warns on offline fallbacks. Floating @main callers still validate descriptions using bundled release-note rules when the shared rules cannot be fetched. Summary-only no-release descriptions are accepted without inventing a change list; other release-note contract violations are rejected. (#470)
