• Rules that only matter for certain files now load when those files are touched, instead of in every session; rules a task needs before any file is touched, such as committing, opening a pull request or writing a work record, stay loaded in every session. Harnesses without path-scoped rules reach each scoped rule through general.md. (#675)
• Path-scoped profile rules cover every supported language and Screenplay models, and the Pi package keeps them for single-language repositories. (#675)
• Verification warns when the rule bytes a harness loads at session start grow past the current budget. (#675)
