• Every skill now has trigger evaluations (should-trigger requests and near misses that name the sibling skill that should win) and output evaluations with checkable assertions, covering the 70 skills that had none; the list of unevaluated skills is empty, so new skills cannot ship without evaluations. (#676)
• The legacy-extraction skill explains when Arc's Screenplay generator writes then denied for a specification asserting ShouldNotBeAuthorized(), and why it otherwise withholds the specification with SP0039. Requires Arc.Screenplay 22.98.0. (#699)
