• cratis-screenplay-modeling-lifecycle ships scripts/model-first-status.mjs, which decides whether a repository is opted in to model-first work: it reports the model root, why it is or is not opted in, drafts and model changes in progress, with exit 0 when opted in, 1 when not and 2 when it cannot decide, plus --json, --root and a self-test. Test and specification fixtures, samples and documentation .play files do not opt a repository in. (#677)
