• An AI pool now fails over when a member rejects a call outright, such as a 400 for a bad key, a retired model or an account with no credit. Before, the first rejection ended the whole completion and the remaining members were never tried, so one broken provider took down every agent that used the pool. The rejecting provider is remembered as failing so it ranks lower next time, and when every member rejects the call the first rejection is still reported.
