Fixed

  • The pull-request body guard no longer blocks gh pr create or gh pr edit when it cannot read a Cratis repository's release workflows, for example because the ambient GitHub credentials are invalid. It warns and checks the body against the bundled reviewed release-note rules instead, so a valid body goes through and an invalid one is still rejected. (#509)
