Added

  • Quality gates accept timeoutSeconds and timeoutHint. A gate that runs past its deadline is stopped together with its child processes. It is reported as a named NOT VERIFIED failure that suggests a narrower command to run instead. The shipped backend-specs gate has a 120-second deadline. (#753)

Changed

  • The general rule, the Pi quality-gate tool description and the hooks README name both configuration files:

    • the shipped defaults in .cratis/ai/hooks/scripts/quality-gates.json;
    • project overrides in .cratis/ai/quality-gates.project.json.

    They also explain how the two merge. (#753)

Fixed

  • failFast: false in a gate configuration is honored. Previously it was read as true. (#753)
