Fixed

  • The local release-note check (cratis-check-pr) and the pull-request body guard recognize repositories that call the combined verify-pull-request-policy workflow, and take the release-note rules from that workflow at the caller's pinned ref. Repositories switched to the combined caller had silently stopped getting the local check. (#797)
