Fixed

  • The Claude Code hooks run each guard script through bash, so the write, store-mutation and PR-body guards and the quality gate keep enforcing when an install or checkout has lost the scripts' execute bit (#480)
  • The store-mutation guard describes cratis chronicle jobs resume as resuming a stopped job; a failed job cannot be resumed (#466)
  • The PR-body guard checks the pull request a command actually edits: it honours a command-local GH_REPO, resolves a PR URL, --repo or GH_REPO target before an unknown working directory, keeps checking later commands on the same line, and lets gh pick the repository when none is named (#472)
