Fixed

  • An open onboarding wizard now reliably moves to Accepted once the acceptance is published. Before, the live status push relied on a read model built from the outbox, which usually hadn't caught up at the moment of publishing, so the wizard could stay on "pending" until the user reloaded. Ante now confirms publication from the event log and outbox directly. This applies to joining a tenant, invited organization setup and self-service registration. (#100)
  • A failing status notification (an error, a timeout or a cancellation) no longer makes Ante publish the same acceptance to the host a second time. Everything after a successful publish is isolated and logged. (#100)

Seeding a fresh status subscription while read models lag, for example right after a restart, is tracked in #101.
