Fixed

  • A status page opened after a restart, on another replica, or after the in-memory status cache was cleaned up now shows the right onboarding status (Accepted, Recorded or Pending) even while the read models lag. Ante now works out the starting status from the event log and outbox, using the same check that #103 added for live updates. This covers joining a tenant, invited organization setup and self-service registration. Who may see a status is unchanged. (#101)

Not changed: an already-open subscription still moves from Pending straight to Accepted, without showing Recorded in between. Self-registration ownership still comes from its read model.

Local: Tier 1 PASS, Integration 110/110. Reviewed with Anthropic models only (same-provider review, no cross-provider check).
