Fixed

  • An open onboarding status page now shows Recorded as soon as an acceptance is recorded, then Accepted once it is published. Before, it went straight from Pending to Accepted. This covers joining a tenant, invited organization setup and self-service registration. The forwarding reactors announce Recorded just before the outbox append:
    • A failing subscriber can't fail the reactor or cause a duplicate publish.
    • A subscription never moves back from Accepted to Recorded.
    • Redelivery or replay doesn't repeat Recorded, and it creates nothing for subscriptions nobody is watching.

Recorded is pushed only to subscribers on the replica that runs the reactor. Other replicas show it when a subscription is seeded (#108).

Local: Tier 1 PASS, Integration 148/148. Reviewed with Anthropic models only (same-provider review, no cross-provider check).
