• Ante processes incoming invitations again when it runs in Development. Chronicle's event serializer ended up registered as a singleton that captured the scoped event types, so Development's scope validation failed every delivery. Outside Development, it silently kept the event types of the root scope. Ante now registers the serializer with a scoped lifetime, as Chronicle intends. The underlying registration order is tracked in Cratis/Chronicle#4410 (#142)
