Release v1.3.0

Hosts can now brand the screen visitors see before the application loads, and a person holding more than one invitation to the same organization keeps all of them usable.

Added

• The loading screen shown before the application mounts is written by the server: Ante:PageTitle sets the tab title from the first paint, Ante:LogoUrl and Ante:CustomCssUrl apply immediately, Ante:SplashMessage sets the announced name, and Ante:SplashHtml replaces the screen with the host's own markup. The default screen follows the --ante-splash-* custom properties.

Changed

• The shell is served by Ante itself for /, /index.html and every application route, with Cache-Control: no-cache, instead of the static file middleware's default-files handling.

Fixed

• Opening a second invitation link with the same login no longer replaces the session of the first, so the first invitation no longer fails with "Invitation is no longer pending" while it is still pending. Sessions are stored per invitation; the old per-login unique index is dropped when the application starts.
