Arc's Screenplay generator now reads Date and DateTime ordering from command conditions and validation rules into Screenplay ESM v26.

Added

  • The Screenplay generator reads chronological comparisons of DateOnly, DateTime and DateTimeOffset properties in command guards (require / produces when) and literal comparisons in command validation rules as ESM v26 date ordering. Literals are written in Screenplay's canonical form: yyyy-MM-dd for dates, UTC with seven fractional digits and Z for date-times. Comparisons Screenplay does not admit (offset-less date-time literals, mixing dates with date-times, clock values such as DateTime. Now, date rules on concepts, date ordering in reactions, property-to-property validation rules) are reported with the property named instead of being emitted. When MaximumExecutableModelVersion is below v26, date comparisons are withheld and reported. See Generating a Screenplay. (part of #3339)

Changed

  • The generator requires Cratis.Screenplay 4.203.0.
  • A concept Matches rule that uses regex lookaround is withheld and reported, because Screenplay cannot express it.
