Fixed

• useObservableQuery subscribes again with the new page, page size or sort order when they change, instead of staying on the first page. Hooks observing different pages of the same query no longer share one subscription. (#2869)
• useQuery, useQueryWithPaging and useObservableQuery no longer show the previous arguments' data or status while results for new arguments, pages or sort order load: they show the cached result for the new arguments, or the initial not-ready state while the request is in flight. (#2872)
