Fixed

• Aggregate roots resolve event types from the registered event types instead of the [EventType] attribute, so events registered explicitly without the attribute can be applied, rehydrated and appended. Applying an event that is not registered still fails. (#3234)
• A command started from an execution context captured during an earlier, finished command is no longer refused because the finished command's identity still looked active. (#2888)
