Fixed

• Data annotations on concept-typed (ConceptAs<T>) command properties and model-bound query parameters are now evaluated against the concept's value: [Required] rejects a concept wrapping an empty string, [Range] accepts valid values, and [StringLength] no longer throws. The validation metadata is source-generated, so it stays trim- and AOT-safe. Types without generated metadata, such as types from other assemblies, keep the previous behavior. (#2944)
