• Generated TypeScript proxies take their file header from the CratisProxiesFileHeader MSBuild property, or else from the project's .editorconfig file_header_template, and are written without a header when neither is set. Setting CratisProxiesFileHeader to none turns the header off. Projects that relied on the Cratis MIT header without configuring one now get no header; add file_header_template to .editorconfig to keep it. See Proxy generation configuration. (#3329)
