Fixed

• Data annotation attributes such as [Range], [Required], [StringLength] and custom ValidationAttributes on ordinary parameters of model-bound queries are now evaluated, the same way they are on command properties. Previously only concept-typed parameters were validated, so for example Top([Range(1, 100)] int count) accepted any value. An omitted parameter with a declared default still uses its default. (#3378)
