• Without a command transaction, events a command returns for one event source on several routes (streams, or a definition route next to a legacy route) are now appended as one batch that carries a guard for each route. A concurrency violation on any route now appends none of them, instead of leaving some appended. This needs a Chronicle kernel 19.84 or later; Arc now requires Cratis.Chronicle 19.90.0. (#3423)

• GeneratedIdentifierEventsCannotBeSplit is no longer thrown, because events for a generated source now append in one batch with the rest of the command's events. It is marked obsolete. (#3423)
