Fixed

• An EventForEventSourceId returned from a command now keeps its Occurred and Tags when appended, for a single wrapper, a collection or mixed collection of wrappers, and EventsWithConcurrencyScopes, on both the transactional and the immediate append path. Previously both values were silently dropped, so imported or backfilled events were recorded with the append time and without their per-event tags (#2570)

Runtime tags supplied through the command context, the original subject of #2570, are not part of this change.
