• During a scenario, code that reads Arc's process-wide provider directly, such as the MongoDB and EF Core Observe() extensions, now sees the host's provider, or throws ServiceProviderNotConfigured when no host has set one, instead of using the scenario's provider. Command validation in a scenario is unaffected (#2763)

Fixed

• CommandScenario<TCommand> no longer replaces Arc's process-wide service provider. A host that runs in-process specs keeps resolving services from its own provider after a scenario is disposed, and overlapping scenarios no longer interfere with each other (#2763)
