Fixed

• A frontend using useIdentity/IdentityProvider no longer gets stuck showing "not signed in" while the tab stays open. When a session that was active ends server-side (expiry, revoked access) an identity refresh now reloads the page instead of quietly settling into an unset identity nothing on the page could act on - the reload sends the browser through the ordinary sign-in redirect (see Cratis/AuthProxy#136) instead of leaving every command failing silently against a session that is already gone.
