Fixed
Committing to an aggregate that already had events no longer fails with a concurrency violation when no one else wrote to it. Loading the aggregate left its expected position at zero, so any aggregate whose event source had a later event was rejected on every commit.
The expected position is now captured before the aggregate's events are read, so an event appended by someone else while the aggregate is loading is still detected as a conflict at commit instead of being silently overwritten.
For aggregates without event handlers, IsNew now reflects only the aggregate's own stream: events for the same event source in other streams no longer make it look existing.
