Added

• JavaScript RuleBuilder.withSeverity and PropertyRule.withSeverity APIs for explicit per-rule validation severity in generated command validators.

Fixed

• Command filters continue past non-blocking validation results, so a later Error rejects execution and preflight validation even when an earlier Warning is allowed (#2817).
• Client-side command validation blocks only at the effective severity threshold; non-blocking results remain advisory, server preflight still runs, and CommandForm validity follows the validation verdict.
• Generated validators emit severity calls only for non-Error rules, retaining compatibility with existing client libraries for default rules. Rules with runtime-dependent severity are left to the server. Documentation describes the default-severity assumption at build time.
