Fixed

• A model-bound query can declare a CancellationToken parameter. Arc binds it to the request's abort token instead of failing every call with MissingArgumentForQuery; it is not a query argument and does not appear in the generated TypeScript proxy. (#2732)
• A new aggregate root now expects no event in its scope when it commits. A concurrent writer creating the aggregate's first event, which could be the very first event of the event log, is reported as a concurrency violation instead of being accepted as seen. (#2797)
