Fixed

  • Guest-policy commands and queries now accept unauthenticated HTTP callers on both Arc hosts, including when ASP.NET Core requires authentication through its fallback policy. Guest policies still decide access, and endpoints without an entirely guest-aware policy declaration retain their existing authentication behavior. (#2948)
