Release v22.50.5

Fixed

• AddCratis and the ASP.NET Core WithChronicle now resolve IUnitOfWorkManager to the selected event store's manager, like Cratis.Arc.Chronicle. An explicitly registered IUnitOfWorkManager is kept in any order, and resolving all IUnitOfWorkManager services no longer also constructs a separate convention-bound manager. (#2983)
