• The Screenplay generator writes a reactor as a declarative reaction, with produces or invokes and mappings from the triggering event, when its handler unconditionally returns an event, a command, or a literal collection of either, and Chronicle runs it for every such event. Reactor scenarios of such reactors become when append specifications. Everything else keeps its file reference. (#3040)

• A command or append scenario whose facts set off a reactor that is now declarative is left out and reported with SP0039, because Arc's scenarios do not run reactors while the generated specification would include the reaction's facts. (#3040)
