Removed

  • IIdentitySource and IdentitySource, CommandScenario.Generate(...) and QueryScenario.Generate(...), and the two-argument EventSourceValuesProvider constructor are removed. They were added in v22.64.0, but nothing could use them: an unnamed queue of Guid values can't pin named generated values of other types, handlers that create ids with New() or Guid.NewGuid() bypass it, and no Cratis code depends on it. Named, typed generated values will replace them. (#3125)
