Added

• Reactors can return a sequence mixing events, EventForEventSourceId envelopes and commands. Events append before commands run in order; append rejection prevents command execution, and the first failed command stops the remaining commands. Explicit event routes are preserved. Earlier effects remain committed if a later command fails, so retries require idempotent effects. (part of #3156)

Fixed

• Commands returned by a reactor marked [ExecuteCommandsAsSystem] no longer leave the caller authenticated as the system actor. The execution identity is contained within the async command scope and is cleaned up on success, rejection, exceptions and service-resolution failures. (#3177)
