Fixed

• The Screenplay generator now reports two same-named concepts as ambiguous (SP0031) when they differ in pii, secret or the stated encryption scope, instead of declaring one with the other's compliance claims. (#3096)
• The generator now leaves pii and secret off a concept only when the generated document actually uses it as an identifier, event-source identity, stream id, stream-id route mapping or for destination, which Screenplay rejects (PLAY0515). Concepts that are identifiers only in code the document does not state keep their annotations, and SP0059 now names each use that caused an annotation to be withheld. (#3096)

• ProtectedIdentityAnnotations (in Cratis.Arc.Screenplay.Emission) is obsolete; the generator no longer uses it, and it will be removed in a future major version. (#3096)
